get fit goals

I really think that this class is going to benefit me strongly. In the past I have not been one to enjoy PE and I think it was because I didn't feel comfortable working out in front of boys. In get fit, I have many friends plus we're all girls which is great! I hope to accomplish getting more in shape as I can't run without getting tired. I want to increase how fast I run as well as how many laps I do and decrease the time it takes me. I also want to be more toned by the time grad comes around./
